An innovative mix of dance/athletic cardio followed by traditional body sculpting. The aerobic section is truly unique. It features alternating intervals of hi/lo aerobics and dance-based cardio. The hi/lo segments are taught by Jari - challenging sequences of jacks, jumps and turns. The dance intervals are led by a professional dance instructor; they include jazz, disco, Latin and hip hop (cleverly, the DVD has premixes that let you work out to only the hi/lo or only the dance moves). The ending toning section is classic Jari Love -gym-style exercises done with varied weights, body positions and tempos. Requires 3 to 15 lb. dumbbells.
