SIMPACK is pleased to announce the official release of SIMPACK 9.8.2 is a general purpose Multi-Body Simulation (MBS) software used for the dynamic analysis of any mechanical or mechatronic system. It enables engineers to generate and solve virtual 3D models in order to predict and visualize motion, coupling forces and stresses.
SIMPACK is used primarily within the automotive, engine, HiL/SiL, power transmission, railway, and wind energy industrial sectors, but can be applied to any branch of mechanical engineering.
SIMPACK simulation software is particularly well-suited to high frequency transient analyses, even into the acoustic range. SIMPACK was primarily developed to handle complex non-linear models with flexible bodies and harsh shock contact.
About SIMPACK AG
SIMPACK AG, a spin-off of the DLR (the German Aerospace Center), was founded in 1993 and now has representatives and partners all over the world. SIMPACK AG is solely responsible for the development of SIMPACK, a leading multi-body simulation (MBS) software. Apart from the distribution of SIMPACK, SIMPACK AG also offers consultancy, engineering and SIMPACK training courses.
Internationally renowned for accuracy, robustness, speed and versatility, SIMPACK is used primarily within the automotive, rail and wind energy sectors. SIMPACK is the market leader for simulating transient non-linear system behavior with flexible bodies, even up into the acoustic range. Diversity and good connectivity to various control, hydraulic and FE software enable SIMPACK to be easily integrated into any manufacturer's already-established development processes.
