I've used MacCleanse for years. Really liked the streamlined v3. It was fast! However, it no longer works with Sierra so I upgraded to v5. It's not as fast but it's easier to deselect item I don't want deleted. Every time I find my Mac a little sluggish, I put MacCleanse through its paces. Works great! Flawless, in fact!
